Leadership Studies: A Comparison Between Martin Luther King Jr. and Gandhi
In this paper we have examined the ideology of racism through the leadership of Martin Luther King Jr. and Mohamed Gandhi. Through their specialized and intensive educations, public speaking, and leadership by example, they were able to garner the support of both whites and blacks in their cultural reform. Although these leaders came from opposite sides of the world, both King in America and Gandhi in India represent the way that education could bring about change in non-violent revolution.
