Legalizing Hemp: An Analysis of Sponsoring Legislation
This three page undergraduate paper examines the issues of legalizing agricultural hemp. The author notes that in researching this issue it has become evident that agricultural hemp has many positive uses. It is a source of fiber and vegetable oil, and perhaps more importantly, it has been a primary source of paper. Hemp seeds also have nutritional food qualities, for they are high in essential minerals and contain a high proportion of protein.
