Leadership Competencies: An Analysis of Sudan Mission Requirements
This six page postgraduate paper examines the responsibilities of the commander of a security forces squadron assigned to provide protection for a task force in Sudan. These responsibilities require that he perform to the maximum of his ability and rely upon his training and experience to fulfill his mission. Since the members of the squadron come from different units, it is important to follow at a tactical command level the example set during World War II by General George Marshal at the national command level.
