This paper discusses President Clinton's life and political accomplishments. During his tenure as president, United States experienced the lowest unemployment rate, the lowest inflation in 30 years. Besides that the crime rates dropped in many places. He proposed the first balanced budget in decades and accomplished a budget surplus. And the greatest achievement that can be considered in his times was his call to end racial discrimination.
