Neuroscience Federated Database Management System: A Research Proposal
This paper takes the position of a research proposal to reform the existing structure of the "Human Brain Project". This project is to facilitate the divisions of neuroscience and manage them for easy accessibility. The study of the computer database system shows that better management is needed, where the existing data system must be replaced to achieve the goals of the HBP.
