Grandparents Rights An Examination of Troxel v. Granville
In the past, the only issues that were raised in court cases regarding custody and visitation of children related to parental rights. However, in recent years, the issue of grandparents rights has been litigated in various courts. This paper considers the issue of grandparents rights in relation to visitation by examining the case of Troxel v. Granville.
