Juvenile Delinquency and Gangs -- Are They More Prevalent in Neighborhoods with a High Crime Rate
This paper attempts to determine if juvenile delinquency and gangs are more prevalent in neighborhoods with a high crime rate. The hypothesis is that juvenile delinquency and gangs are indeed more common in neighborhoods with a high crime rate. In order to test this hypothesis, this paper will create a research experiment, which will consist of a plan for collecting and analyzing data.
