Social Work and Analysis of Social Policy: Ethical Issues of the Wrongfully Imprisoned on Death Row
This paper is a brief introduction to the ethical considerations of death row and the application of the death penalty. The paper discusses how human governments have the right to determine who lives and who dies. It is plausible that this is an arbitrary decision made through perceived knowledge of morality, rather than a real understanding of right and wrong.
