This essay examines the incarnation of neo-imperialism or economic imperialism in the period directly following the Second World War (post 1945). A brief examination of what the term means is provided as well as some of the ways that the imperialism is accomplished through the creation of a cadre class. However, the final discussion rests with the response that this imperialism has had on the international stage.
