This is a proposal to evaluate the use of the Breeze Live online meeting application to enhance the WebCT environment, with WebCT today being the world's leading provider of e-learning systems for educational institutions, serving thousands of institutions in more than 80 countries worldwide, all of which use WebCT to expand the boundaries of teaching and learning.
