This paper addresses the issue of needs assessment and identifying gaps in the results. The paper will identify these gaps and place them in order of priority. As well the paper will address the most important foreclosure or reduction in the case of these needs assessment gaps. The paper addresses how and why a needs assessment is utilized. Additionally when one of these assessments is necessary and where it should take place are also presented.
