This paper consists of three short answer essays for an entrance application into a doctorial program in educational leadership. Those questions are the following. The paper discusses the author's reasons for application into this program. The second part of the paper discusses the author's professional goals and how this program will further those goals. The third section of the paper discusses the discipline or area the author is both interested in and to which the author can make a significant contribution.
