The battle for same-sex marriage is being fought both on the legal front and on the social front. However, it is becoming harder and harder for fundamentalists to deny the fact that not allowing same-sex marriage is discrimination. The courts are beginning to recognize that laws that prevent homosexual acts are discriminatory. It is only a matter of time before the courts begin to draw the logical conclusion that laws preventing same-sex marriages are discriminatory as well.
