Zadie Smith's White Teeth .

This essay discusses the novel "White Teeth", in which Zadie Smith writes a satirical novel which is set in London. The novel chronicles the experiences of three families during the last half of the 20th century. The novel is a spoof on the effects of multiculturalism and political correctness. The title "white teeth" has a symbolic meaning in that it shows that no amount of "multiculturalism" will change essentially who we are. 5 pgs. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
