This paper will focus on the current issues that surround illegal file sharing, which has been occurring online for the past years. By discussing the recent problems of law suits on the part of the recording industry, we can see a focused and powerless struggle for greedy executives to stave off illegal file swapping, but with little results that stop their continual financial loses.
