: This paper will discuss the procedure of cosmetic eye surgery known as Blepharaoplasty. The actual procedure will be discussed and then the pre operative procedures and preparatory activities both routine and special (specific to the actual procedure) will be discussed. The actual procedure will be described and finally the post-operative stage will be discussed and examined.
