This paper shall encompass the subject of teamwork in the nursing profession. The discussion includes the reasons teamwork is necessary, how to implement teamwork into the workplace and barriers that are encountered while implementing such a process. Handouts, a test to see what was retained from the presentation and evaluation are also included, along with a game in teamwork to be played by the audience.
