What I Learned About Empty Nest Syndrome.

This paper discusses the Empty Nest Syndrome. Empty-nest syndrome is a 'condition' that can affect a woman or man around the time that one or more of her children leave home. It can also occur when a child gets married, because matrimony is a clear signal that mom and dad are no longer needed in the same way as they were before. I also learned that the "empty nest" feeling doesn't always come right away. Sometimes it takes a while for it to kick in. I also learned that empty nest syndrome isn't something felt by everyone. But it is a "real" feeling. This is a subject that deserves attention.
