This four-page undergraduate paper discusses the concepts of freedom and autonomy of will as given by the great German thinker, Immanuel Kant. Kant in his book 'Groundwork for the Metaphysics of Morals' has presented his views on the subject of freedom and autonomy of will and how they two are directly linked with morality. He felt that in order to qualify as a just and moral being, man must be allowed to choose his own course of action, and his decisions should be free of any external pressure or influence. 4 pgs, bibliography lists 1 source.
