The "Estranged" Worker and Marx: Addressing the Nature of the Worker and Capitalism
This paper explores Marx's views on capitalism and the nature of labor based upon the statement. "He [the worker] is at home when he is not working and when he is working he is not home." This paper uses the previous statement by Marx in conjunction with these works to examine Marx's theories on labor and the worker in relation to a capitalist society.
