The aim of this paper is to look at the generation, which is referred to as 'Baby Boomer'. This generation has allegedly affected the American Society as it has grown up and continues to do so even now. Baby boomers are about to reach their retirement ages and this century will see many of them leaving the labor market and taking a back seat. There will be tremendous affect of this on American Society.
