This paper discusses the importance of work in a man's life and sees how different work-related issues affect him or the society in general. While work has always been considered a vital part of a person's life, the paper also seeks to know how important leisure is nowadays and what does serious leisure actually stands for. Work and leisure are two essential elements, which are intricately woven in America's corporate world.
