Summary: This paper is written about the basic reasons for any prosperous, developed country or nation is due to the important and major role of the system in that country. That system is build by the cooperation, performance of public and private sectors i.e. the system depends upon how the public and private sectors perform their pivotal role in the nation building or deterioration. It depends upon these sectors how they mould their abilities and how they perform, what their approach is.
