This paper is a discussion or religion and dance. More specifically it encompasses religion and dance in West African cultures and the Argentinean Tango. Examined in detail are our inherited views in Western culture of these societies and our stereotypic yews of these cultures of brute savages. Also detailed is the significance of the dance to the religions in these cultures.
