In this paper, the film "L' Operacion" is discussed in relation to United States' policy, colonization, and the impact of sterilization on women who immigrated to New York. The impact of this program can be understand as multigenerational, and amounts to nothing less than controlled eugenics. 3-pages, bibliography lists 4 sources.
