This paper has been written as an application for a student to attend the Montclair State University at New Jersey. In recent years, there has been a great demand for post-baccalaureate work in Business Administration. Many men and women of different origins desire additional formal education in this field that can give a boost to their career. Therefore, universities of the modern world has attempted to full- fill their desires by offering flexible programs, that best suit to their needs. The program of studies leading to the Master of Business Administration degree consists of practical courses that will be used on the job.
