This paper is written for an application to a college. It addresses the question, "What troubles you most about the world around you?" The writer feels violence is the biggest problem and not just from terrorists. It often begins as a child watching his/her mother being abused or the child experiencing abuse. Technology can be used to educate teenagers and others about violence, especially domestic violence.
